Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient General Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. In today’s fast-paced environment, our company understands the importance of staying ahead of the curve, and thus, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our team’s productivity and efficiency. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business, helping to manage schedules, handle correspondence, and provide support wherever needed—all from the comfort of your own home. – DUTIES –
You will be under direct management of the Director of Marketing and will help with general administrative duties for the CEO, COO, and Project Manager. These duties may include creating calendar appointments, emailing clients and potential clients (for example, to workout the best time to have a meeting). You may also be asked to do Internet research, manage specific files, and any related duties as assigned by the leadership team.

– QUALIFICATIONS –

Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with administrative duties and understanding of how to manage office requirements virtually.

Technical Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and HighLevel. Experience with or understanding of online communication tools like Zoom, Skype, and Slack. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) and CRM platforms is a plus.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to correspond professionally with clients and team members via email, messaging platforms, and video calls.

Organizational Abilities: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with a knack for keeping projects and schedules on track.

Problem-Solving: Capable of handling various challenges and unforeseen situations with poise and efficiency. Ability to research and implement solutions independently.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges as they arise.

Confidentiality: Must maintain a high level of integrity and discretion with sensitive information.

Language Skills: Minimum C1/Advanced English level.

Education: A high school / secondary school diploma is required; further education or certifications related to administrative support or business management is preferred.

– HOURS & COMPENSATION –
This begins as a part-time position and will be during EST / EDT US hours between 12pm – 5pm Monday – Friday. That is 12am – 5am Tuesday – Saturday Philippines time.

Compensation will start at $400 USD monthly.
