Job brief For VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We seek a Virtual Assistant/PA to provide excellent administrative support. including some marketing and creative work to our team/individual while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, LinkedIn tasks, and data entry. Organising, scheduling meetings, replying to emails, and using in-house systems. For this role, a strong Internet connection and experience using communication tools. Customer service and professionalism, along with familiarity with tools like Skype are required. Zoom. LinkedIn, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Social media platforms a plus.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Respond/send/reply to emails & follow-up emails
Schedule meetings & followups
Book meetings
Manage a database of contact list
Internet Research – Market Niche company research
Compile Excel spreadsheets
Maintain and manage keep our CRM organised
Create documents templates
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations as assigned
Address administrative queries
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Be able to use Linkedin and other software/be fast to pick up an learn
Be able to create basic videos, social media platforms and AI tools or be able to learn
Run basic marketing campaigns
Create Reports using excel
Create power-point presentations
video makings/Website/online AI chat GBP tool etc experience and skills is is a plus.
Create Ads- for marketing projects
Create articles for website blogs

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant/PA or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP, AI etc
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)/Calendar etc
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent command of English written and spoken
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; P/T moms/ Graduates/additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
Open to PT/FT hours
Training provided for new learning areas
