We’re excited to expand our team by bringing on board a versatile Virtual Assistant with a foundation in Accounting and Financial Management.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who possesses a basic understanding of Accounting and Financial Management. While this role will touch upon light financial tasks, it will primarily be about assisting with general administrative functions to keep our operations smooth and efficient.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with simple financial record keeping and budget tracking.
– Help in processing invoices, payroll and handling basic account-related queries.
– Support in maintaining and organizing financial documents.
– Aid in the preparation of simple presentations and reports.
– Conduct market research and analysis
– Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:
– Some experience or educational background in Accounting and Financial Management is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference for those in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
– Familiarity with basic accounting tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and online tools commonly used in a remote work setting.
– Effective analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
– Proactive mindset to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
– Flexibility to adapt to different time zones and work schedules.
