Job Description

What Pyro Peacock Fireworks LLC needs and expects:
Responsibilities:
Book appointments, flights, accommodations, and other reservations as needed.
Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Conduct research and provide summaries and recommendations to the client.
Perform data entry and maintain databases as required.
Manage social media accounts, design will be provided.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Monitor and update inventory levels.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
Manage customer reviews and ratings on website and our social media platforms.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data.
Execute email marketing campaigns, design will 90% of time be given to you.
Assist with the creation of product videos and photos.
Manage and update the website’s blog.
Research and write product descriptions and blog posts, designer will help.
Create and manage ad campaigns on social media platforms and Google AdWords
Assist with the creation of promotional materials and product packaging.
Monitor competitor websites and analyze pricing strategies.
Provide customer service support on social media platforms.
Coordinate with website designers and developers to implement new features and functionality.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
Manage affiliate marketing programs.
Monitor website uptime and performance.
Assist with the creation of product manuals and documentation.
Create and manage a customer loyalty program, design will be made for you.
Provide weekly or monthly reports on website performance and key metrics.
Some responsibilities are for the future, and some won’t happen all at once we know that that’s not possible, we are a small company and seasonal business so demand is not in rushed demand when its not season times, as long as we get things done progressively things should go well. But we would like to compete and add value to our customers.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
Experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.
Good problem-solving skills.
Reliable internet and computer access.
