General Virtual Assistant and Internet Researcher – Full Time. Lifetime, Fun, and Exciting Position with U.S. Commercial Real Estate Company
Pritchett, Ball & Wise, Inc. is a respected appraisal firm specializing in the valuation of commercial real estate, including special-purpose properties. We serve the southeastern United States, including Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Alabama, with most of our work being in and around Atlanta, Georgia.
We have five state-side team members, and we are looking to hire a hardworking, committed, inquisitive, and responsible individual to be part of our team.
Training will be accomplished using training videos, documents filled with screen captures, and/or via Zoom. You must be able to work independently and complete tasks with limited oversight. You will complete items in a timely manner, and you will be required to prioritize tasks to meet any stated deadlines. You must be comfortable adapting to new technology, learning new software / websites, plus being able to solve detailed research problems.
Initially, your duties will include:
– Collecting Raw Transactional Data in Excel from Internet-Based Sources
– Sorting and Editing/Combining Raw Transactional Data
– Collecting Screen Captures of Various Maps Related to Raw Transactional Data
– Collecting Screen Captures of Various Documents Related to Raw Transactional Data
– Collecting Screen Captures of Search Results Related to the Transactional Data
– Entering Collected Data into Internet-Based Database
– Uploading Collected Data to Internet-Based File Server
As you grow in our company, you’ll also learn to help support state-side appraisers working on challenging and fulfilling research tasks and duties such as:
– Editing Images (Outlining Property Boundaries, Adding Arrows to Images, Etc.)
– Creating Illustrations of Properties from Collected Documents
– Entering Collected Data into Microsoft Excel and Word from the Internet-Based File Server

This is for a full-time, 40-hour commitment each week and you’ll be expected to provide daily reports for the work you’ve completed. 13th month pay, bonus pay, and vacation days will be provided after an initial 90-day probationary period.
