We are hiring a General VA for an E-Commerce business to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be responsible for building positive interactions and relationships with customers and communicating across email, phone, and live chat with excellent, clear and concise communication skills. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and you must have experience working with computers and tools like Zoom, Google chat, Microsoft Office Tools etc..

Responsibilities

* Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
* Processing orders and transactions.
* Handling customer complaints.
* Work closely with the Shopify system or similar system to ensure product shipment satisfaction & correct order placement.
* Report high risk transaction & follow protocol to determine validity of order
* Manage all online orders accurately track and report order progress, follow up and handle all customer queries.
* Give customers information about products and services, take orders, refund and process returns.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Communicating with customers through various channels (Phone, chat, or email)
* Other relevant tasks

Requirements and Skills

* At least 1 year Experience working as General VA
* At least 1 year Experience as customer service
* Strong E-commerce background (Local or International) and understanding of Shopify an advantage
* Quick learner with the ability to absorb information on our brand’s history, product offerings and communications
* Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
* Possesses the ability to ask for help when unsure & know when to escalate
* Attention to detail
* Able to take direction & follow the exact brief
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
