About the Company
The Doing Co is a recruitment agency sourcing top-tier Filipino VA’s to be placed directly into US and Australian businesses. This role is for one of our dynamic clients. They run a highly successful online business with a course and membership. The client is a qualified Architect and teaches homeowners how to design, build and renovate their homes.

The Details
Location: Remote, work from home.

Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week.

Salary: 45,000 PHP per month. – Negotiable depending on experience.

Hours (in Philippine Time): Company is based in Australia
7:30am – 4pm (30 minute lunch break)

Responsibilities

GENERAL ADMIN
– Customer service: provide customer service support such as answering enquiries, client follow up
– Email management: sorting and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and sending reminders.
– Calendar management: manage schedules and appointments, set reminders, and coordinate with clients and team members.
– Data entry: such as inputting information into spreadsheets, databases, or other online tools.
– Research: such as market research, product research, and competitor analysis.
– Document preparation: creating and formatting documents such as reports, presentations, and proposals.

Social Media Experience
– Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok
– Engage with Followers: Regularly interact with followers, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
– Managing Active Facebook group,
– Image editing: for preparation for social media posts.
– Graphic design: Create graphics, such as quote images or social media banners, using tools like Canva and Photoshop

Tech Experience
– Website editing, uploading blogs etc.
– Experience with Active Campaign is ideal, but transferable skills from other CRMs like Ontraport, GHL, Mailchimp would be fine.
– Running Zoom calls, collating member questions,
– Experience with Online Launches a Bonus

Skills, Experience & Requirements
– At least 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working online for US, Australian, or European clients.
– Have experience with ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, Go High Level or similar software
– High Attention to detail
– Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
– Experience working with Canva and or other design programs
– Customer Service experience.
– Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
– Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
– Excellent time management skills
– This is the tech Stack, so familiarity with this software a BONUS: Asana, Slack, Clockify, WordPress, AccessAlly, AddEvent, Zoom, Canva, GSuite, Loom, Vimeo, YouTube, ActiveCampaign, Otter, Access Ally, Beaver Builder, Elemental, Active Campaign, Thrivecart, Stripe, Paypal.
