Salary:
44,000 – 55,000 PHP per month (dependent of experience)
Hours (in Philippine Time):
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8 hours with 30 minute lunch break)
GENERAL ADMIN
– Customer service: provide customer service support such as answering enquiries, client follow up
– Email management: sorting and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and sending reminders.
– Calendar management: in Calendly and Zoom to manage schedules and appointments, set reminders, and coordinate with clients and team members.
– Data entry: such as inputting information into spreadsheets, databases, or other online tools.
– Research: such as market research, product research, and competitor analysis.
– Document preparation: creating and formatting documents such as reports, presentations, and proposals.
– Graphic design: Create graphics, such as quote images or social media banners, using tools like Canva and Photoshop
– Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok
– Managing website updates in WordPress and Thinkific
– Managing database and email marketing in Active Campaign

– Is resourceful, meaning you know when to Google it, but also know when to just ask for help.
Skills, Experience & Requirements
– More than 3 years as with proven experience as a tech VA
– Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
– Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
– Familiarity with Social media management and posting (Facebook and Instagram), and posting in Facebook groups and on pages
– Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets
– Experience with transcription / editing (in English)
– Good with numbers
– High Attention to detail
– Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
– Excellent time management skills
– Solid organisational skills
