The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Virtual Assistant to join a fast growing Accounting Firm based in Europe. We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant with 2-3 years experience managing projects to support our Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the company’s general email inbox,
Delegate email-related tasks and responsibilities to relevant team members, ensuring that all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Assist the Operations Manager in organising and managing various projects and tasks, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Operations Manager and CEO, managing their calendar efficiently and proactively.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and devising strategies to address them.
Attend client meetings, take notes and make sure all action items are completed by the person to whom it was assigned.
Assist in the administrative aspects of the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new clients.

Skills, Experience & Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working online for US, Australian, or European clients.
High Attention to detail
Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience as a Project Manager
Customer Service experience.
Experience in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
Excellent time management skills
