General Admin VA

The Position
We are seeking an exceptional General Admin VA to become part of an established and growing company based in Australia. This is a full-time, work from home position.
The role requires a candidate who is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, has exceptional communication and customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment and is very comfortable working independently. About the Company
The Doing Co is a recruitment agency sourcing top-tier Filipino VA’s to be placed directly into US and Australian businesses. This role is for one of our dynamic clients. They run a highly successful business in the Design and Manufacturing of Aluminum and Steel Products, with offices in Sydney, Malaysia and China.

The Details

Location:
Remote, work from home.

Job Type:
Full-time 40 hours per week.

Salary:
33,000 PHP per month + 15 days paid leave, + a salary review within 3-6 months

Hours (in Philippine Time): Company is based in Australia
7:00am – 3:30pm (30 minute lunch break)

Responsibilities
– Customer service: provide customer service support such as answering enquiries, client follow up
– Data entry: such as inputting information into spreadsheets, databases, or other online tools
– Research: Conduct research as needed to support projects, including gathering information, analysing data, and preparing summaries or reports
– Document preparation: creating and formatting documents such as reports, presentations, and proposals
– Project Coordination: Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task lists. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team
– Sales support: Schedule meetings and calls, research project tender, sales support
– Facilitate communication within the team, ensuring that important messages and updates are relayed promptly
– Ensuring clients are responded to quickly and consistently
– Creating, adapting and managing clear business processes.
– Writing SOPS (Training Manuals).
Project manage existing and new projects
– Database management.
– Proofread documents and other office materials.
– Manage new client enquiries and information.
– Researching important data, statistics and facts for meetings, presentations
– Word processing.
– Reporting and data collation.

Skills, Experience & Requirements
– At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working online for US, Australian, or European clients.
– High Attention to detail
– Familiarity with Project Management Tools such as Asana, Trello, etc.
– Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
– Customer Service experience.
– Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
– Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
– Excellent time management skills
