I am seeking a virtual assistant for our president, Tom. Please see the key job requirements below:
1. Calendar Management & Optimizations:
– Ensure Tom’s 3 calendars (military, real estate, and personal) are optimized and demonstrate no conflicts in meetings or appointments.
– Ensure Tom has sufficient time between meetings to travel and to and from his office, between rooms etc…
– Ensure that Tom any real estate leads/investor calls are booked a minimum 1 week out. This will provide him with time to prepare for said meetings.
2. Booking Appointments:
– Set up all real estate appointments that are generated at through Tom’s calendry link and or leads generated through LinkedIn.
– Arrange medical appointments and dentist appointments for Tom. Ensure that these are scheduled on track for when he is due for check ups etc….
3. Booking TraveL Arrangements:
– Book hotels for Tom for travel and work
– Book flights for Tom for vacation and work
4. Additional Admin Tasks:
– Ordering gifts for holidays and birthdays for family members
– Ordering flowers for family members
– Potential need for ad hoc research requests depending on Tom’s needs
Bonus requests, if you have these skills:
– If you are versed in real estate, may be asked to conduct real estate research based on a set list of criteria
– If you are versed in social media, there could be potential add on for a LinkedIn community manager. (answering all LinkedIn DMs, posting comments, liking posts, scheduling posts etc…)
– C1 English preferred
