As a General Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, managing our financial records, and executing our digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to our overall success.

***Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
– Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
– Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
– Monitor and respond to social media interactions and inquiries.
– Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Bookkeeping:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
– Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
– Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
– Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Digital Marketing:
– Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
– Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
– Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
– Optimize content for SEO and manage paid advertising campaigns.
– Track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.

***Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in similar roles.
– Strong expertise in Social Media Management, Bookkeeping, and Digital Marketing.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools
– Familiarity with bookkeeping software
– Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
