This full-time role (30-48 hours per week) offers flexible hours from 9 am to 7 pm CST, with substantial breaks. Your Key Responsibilities:
-Pipeline Management: Utilizing CRMs and software to keep our operations running smoothly.
-Onboarding New Labor Providers: Ensuring seamless integration of new team members.
-Managing Job Postings: Keeping our recruitment efforts on point.
-Outreach for Sales Reps and Other Positions: Expanding our talented team.
-Data Gathering & Client Follow-Up: Keeping our client relations strong.
-Scheduling and Logging Appointments: Keeping our calendar organized.
-Managing Appointments, Scheduling, and Sending Reminders: Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
-Texting: Efficient and professional communication.
-Inputting New Clients into the Database: Keeping our client information up-to-date.
-Screening Inbound Leads: Qualifying potential clients.
-Managing Customer Queries: Using pre-set templates for efficient responses.
-Creating Presentations and Property Marketing Materials: Making us look good.
-Various Other Assistant Duties: Flexibility to tackle any task that comes your way.
