**Key Areas of Responsibilities:
– Community Management: Assist in managing our mastermind/community, ensuring engagement and smooth operations.
– Sales Support: Follow up on sent proposals and contribute to the sales process.
– Website Maintenance: Perform regular updates and improvements to our website.
– Tech Support: Provide technical assistance and implement automation to streamline processes.
– Data Management: Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in Airtable.
– Client Feedback: Facilitate the collection and processing of client feedback.
– Vendor Sourcing: Assist in identifying and onboarding various vendors through platforms like Upwork.
– Content Creation: Contribute to the development of playbooks, presentations, and documents.
Reporting: Update metrics and generate reports to track performance and progress.
– AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in various tasks.
– Communication: Handle email correspondence and maintain effective communication channels.

**Requirements
– At least 2 years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in various tools (CRM, Project Management, MS Office, etc.)
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
– Self-motivated and able to work independently
