General Virtual Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for digital marketing, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop engaging content similar to Coach’s to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience.
– Schedule and post content on all social media platforms 6-7 times per day to maintain an active and consistent online presence.
– Utilize email marketing strategies to effectively communicate with our audience and drive engagement.
– Manage and post in Facebook Groups to foster community engagement and interaction.
– Demonstrate familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform to assist with various tasks.
– Utilize editing skills to polish and refine various types of content as needed.
– Apply sales skills and customer interaction knowledge to support marketing efforts.
– Be available for meetings at 10 am EST and work until 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
– Generate leads effectively to support our marketing objectives.
– Demonstrate familiarity with ManyChats and other chatbot platforms.
– Engage with posts and stories, as well as follow and unfollow accounts on various social media platforms.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
– Proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail.
