Job Title: General Virtual Assistant (Startup Fitness Company)

Working time: Sunday – Thursday 1 pm – 10 pm PH time

Position Overview:
In the dynamic fitness startup scene, we’re actively seeking an enthusiastic General Virtual Assistant to play a pivotal role in our growing team. You’ll be the linchpin of our daily operations, collaborating closely with the founder to bring our vision, mission, and goals to life by accomplishing various tasks with the help of project management and AI tools.

Responsibilities:
As a General Virtual Assistant at our startup fitness company, your role will encompass various tasks geared toward finishing the program we are currently working on. Key responsibilities include:

*Script Editing
*Copywriting
*Content Creation
*Graphic Design
*Video Editing
*Project Management
*Social Media Management
*Ads Management
*Marketing

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Attitude and Character: Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while demonstrating unwavering character and integrity in all interactions.
• Organizational Skills: Assist in organizing tasks and schedules, as the founder has expressed a need for enhanced organization.
• Verbal Communication: Engage in regular communication with the founder, facilitating open and clear discussions.
• Research Skills: Conduct research as required to support the founder’s ongoing creative projects and business ventures.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle email correspondence, paperwork, and scheduling appointments, among other typical administrative responsibilities.
• Loyalty: Build a strong and trustworthy working relationship with the founder and the team, ensuring their confidence in your loyalty.
• Patience: Recognize the founder’s patience as a key attribute and demonstrate patience when working together.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms such as:
> Kapwing or similar tools
> Canva
> Google Workspace
> ChatGPT
> or similar tools
> ClickFunnel or similar
