Today in First Bloom Learning Center we are looking for a smart and quick General Assistant,
that is analytical, data-driven has logical thinking, and can become the Back Office
Champion we need. There will be daily recurring tasks. So, our ideal candidate has a
structure in their day-to-day life and has very good organizational skills.
ABOUT US:
First Bloom Learning Center. I have been in business for 15 years now. I have managed up to
10 employees at once working both on-site and virtually. We are looking for competent staff
that will bring unique skills and value to our business and helps us expand and grow.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years experience working remotely in Administrative/or Execute Assistant/or
Project Management
• Experience with MS office software
• Must have a great command of the English language
• Willing to go beyond the expectation
• Can be able to think outside the box
• Goal Oriented and can work independently without close supervision
• Committed and can work with integrity
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
• Some things I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future are:
a.) Collecting emails off websites
b.) Data entry (change the stuff on our website that is very easy)
c.) Posting blog posts to our WordPress blog (I’ll show you how to do this, also very
easy)
d.) Easy Social Media Tasks
e.) Sending and responding to emails
