Job Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant at eik? ai, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our brand’s growth by conducting influencer research and providing top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for identifying potential influencers whose audience aligns with our brand’s ethos and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through chat and email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Research:
– Conduct meticulous research to identify potential influencers who resonate with the spirit of eik? ai.
– Maintain an extensive database of potential influencers, including their contact information and relevant details.
– Collaborate closely with our marketing team to create influencer outreach strategies and captivating campaigns that align with our brand’s vision.
Customer Service Support:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email, embodying the eik? ai commitment to excellence.
– Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and any issues that may arise, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
– Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team members and diligently follow up on resolutions.
Qualifications:
Skills and Experience:
– Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
– Proficiency in using Notion for efficient data management.
– Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools or similar platforms is a plus.
– A strong interest in Fashion would be advantageous.
– Flexibility regarding working hours and availability to accommodate our brand’s diverse needs.
