We are an E-Commerce Company, E-Commerce or Shopify Experience is a major advantage, but not necessary.
It’s important that this individual is reliable, smart, hard-working, & can keep up with the company’s fast-paced environment. It’s also crucial that you thrive in a small company environment, someone who loves creating structure and can work autonomously because we’re a small company & most of the team members are remotely located.
We are looking for people with the following traits:
– Multi-Tasker: There will be multiple tasks thrown at you and you are expected to handle them well.
– Project Management Experience: You will be managing many projects. So not only you need to remember your own tasks, but you are also responsible for making sure others completes their tasks
– Self Starter: When you take over a project, you are the owner of the project, you devise a plan, assemble the team, and run with it. The type of person who is passive, waiting for tasks, forgetting about assigned tasks until someone else reminds him/her will not do well in this role.
– Follow-up skills: You enhance the success of your project by taking further actions, being proactive in communicating the progress, asking questions, or clear instructions, and ensuring you are always on top of your deadlines.
