As a full-time Admin and Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our online company, Future Firm. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will be instrumental in providing support to various teams within the organization, including assisting the Director of Operations and the CEO.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease, utilizing key tech tools such as Google Drive, Teamwork and Missive to stay organized and efficient.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and the CEO
Inbox management
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and or manage calendars
Manage Teamwork calendar
Utilize Google drive, Teamwork and Missive to stay organized and maintain efficient communication within the team
Help problem-solve with team members as various questions and situations arise
Assist with the creation and management of operational documents (SOPs) and reports
Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes and procedures
Assist in tracking weekly metrics data
Help manage relationships with partners and affiliates
Maintain and update the Partnerships tracker and Affiliate page
Conduct onboarding of new team members
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed

What You Need to Succeed
At least 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant/ administrative or operations role
Proficiency with Teamwork and Missive or similar project management and communication tools
Email management and project management experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented with ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in the business environment.
Experience working in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection to support remote work and collaboration
Ability to attend weekly meetings, as needed
A positive attitude and a team player mentality

Recruitment Process
