Job Description

We are searching for someone to join us in growing and expanding Level Up & Thrive Coaching and Consulting. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with social media, providing excellent customer service, uploading blogs, conducting research, making minor content edits, engaging potential clients, scheduling discovery calls, supporting virtual events, curating engagement with our ideal audience, and attracting new fans and customers. This list is not exhaustive.

This position is an exciting opportunity for contractors. While it starts part-time, there’s a clear path to full-time work in the near future. You have the chance to earn this position by showcasing your outstanding work during the part-time phase. The best part? Most of your work can be done remotely, allowing you to work flexibly from the comfort of your home or office.

Flexible Work Hours:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why this position offers flexible work hours. While we do require that deadlines are met, you have the freedom to create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
Responsibilities include:

Social Media Growth & Engagement:

You will be responsible for growing our social media presence and engaging with potential clients. This may include creating and uploading blogs, conducting research on relevant topics to share, and making minor content edits to ensure all posts are optimized for maximum engagement.

Client Outreach & Support:

You will also have the opportunity to support our client outreach efforts by scheduling discovery calls and assisting in virtual events. This includes curating engagement with our ideal audience to attract new fans and customers. Research and book appointments for Felecia (podcast, media, articles), etc. All the copy will be provided.

Social Media Brand Management:

As part of your role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our brand image on social media. This includes monitoring comments and messages, responding to inquiries and feedback, and ensuring that all content aligns with our brand values.

Analytics & Reporting:

To track the success of our social media efforts, you will need to regularly analyze data and report on key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion. This information will help us make informed decisions about future strategies and campaigns.

Collaboration & Communication:

As a remote team member, effective communication is crucial. You will collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas, coordinate campaigns, and ensure a cohesive social media strategy across all platforms. Clear communication is also essential when communicating with clients or potential partners.

Support Email Campaign:

Part of your role will also involve supporting our email marketing campaigns. This may include scheduling email campaigns, coordinating email lists, and tracking the success of each campaign. Including reaching out to clients via email with the goal of getting clients to book strategy/sales calls. (Scripting and copy will be provided)

Community Management:

Engaging with comments, helping solve customer service-related issues, and making sure that our customers are well taken care of or directed to the person who can help them. Supporting the onboarding of clients and helping to ensure a smooth transition, continued client engagement, and retention.

About the business:

Our online business has 3-4 launches per year, and we want your help in creating social media campaigns for each project. These campaigns should boost engagement and turn our loyal fans into customers. Additionally, we need support in crafting email campaigns for our subscriber list, with the goal of getting clients to book strategy/sales calls.

We host 3-4 virtual summits per year, and we will have you help do research, help book potential speakers, and support if the event is live. You would also support through social media to help spike engagement and create raving fans into potential customers.

Our goal is to create a strong online presence and attract clients who are looking for guidance, support, and accountability in reaching their career and business objectives.

Qualifications & Preferences

1-2 years of experience with social media technology and social media.
Experience with Google suite of products and creating spreadsheets to support analysis of business results.
Our main platforms are Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest. We expect knowledge of all 4 but will provide sufficient training to get you up to speed. We will also be incorporating more Youtube and TikTok.
Looking for someone who is teachable and is excited to learn.
This is not required, but if you have any writing, video editing, photoshop, or Adobe Suite apps experience, please make sure to let us know.

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

High school diploma or equivalency
Highly analytical, data-driven individual
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organized and able to multitask
Strong time management, project management, sales, and marketing skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
2 years (minimum)Sales experience
