About Us

Global Conversion Agency is a company that provides call center service, digital marketing service, and virtual assistant service for small and medium-sized businesses. We are based in Massachusetts and are looking to expand into multiple states. To help us grow, we want to work with professional and reliable General Virtual Assistants who can provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

About the Job

As a General Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for helping our company with various administrative tasks. We are looking for individuals who are flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Virtual Assistant, you answer emails, schedule meetings, and do inbound and outbound calls as needed.

This is also a work-from-home or office-based setup (depending on the client’s discretion). Passing the home evaluation is required.

About You

As a General VA, you need to be:

Fluent in English, both speaking and writing (at least C level)
Able to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Timezone depends on client’s location)
Highly organized
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work remotely and a strong work ethic
Proven abilities in interpersonal and communication
Two (2) years of experience (General Virtual Assistant)
