Job Title: Bilingual General Virtual Assistant – (Spanish and English)

Rate: $6/hr
Working hours: PST Hours

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Bilingual Virtual Assistant – Admin Assistant to join our team. As a Bilingual VA, your fluency in both Spanish and English will be essential in providing comprehensive support to our diverse clientele. Your background as a Medical Virtual Assistant will be a definite advantage in understanding and meeting the specific needs of our healthcare-related tasks. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the efficiency of our business operations by providing personalized and timely assistance to executives. The successful candidate will be well-organized, possess excellent time management skills, and have the ability to work independently without constant guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive back-end support to the team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation, in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements, while maintaining bilingual communication.
• Manage and maintain confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for medical-related tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel in both languages, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct research on various topics in the medical field and compile relevant information for decision-making purposes.
• Handle email correspondence in both Spanish and English and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with executives and team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, taking into account the specific needs of the healthcare industry.
• Assist in coordinating and organizing company events, conferences, and workshops, ensuring bilingual support if required.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a bilingual environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Background as a Medical Virtual Assistant is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to create bilingual spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of online collaboration tools and remote communication platforms.
• Availability to work during PST business hours is a MUST
