Job Description

SheCEO VA Agency is seeking a highly organized and versatile Virtual Assistant (VA) specializing in copywriting to support a rapidly growing digital marketing agency focused on the travel industry. This position requires a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, experience in building and managing systems and workflows, and proficiency in various CRMs and backend software tailored for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The primary focus of this role will be on backend support, with additional responsibilities in content creation and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content Management:
Draft, edit, and organize content within Notion’s content calendar.
Create and maintain lead magnets, email sequences, and onboarding documents.
Write and manage blog posts on WordPress.
Develop engaging copy for various marketing materials and platforms.

2. Task and Workflow Management:
Implement and maintain efficient systems and workflows to support the business’s growing demands.
Utilize Notion for task management and project coordination.
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and sequential manner.

3. Client Support:
Assist with content creation tasks as needed for client projects.
Provide backend support, focusing on operational tasks rather than creative client work.
Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables.

4. Technical Proficiency:
Use and manage CRM and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp and Aweber.
Perform basic graphic design tasks in Canva (preferred, but not essential).

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
Proven experience in copywriting with a strong portfolio or samples showcasing your work.
Ability to create compelling and engaging content tailored to the travel industry.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining systems and workflows.
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently and efficiently.

INCENTIVES:
We value our team and have many incentives such as bonuses and rewards. While this is a permanent contract based role, we still offer your 13th month bonus and a 6 week bonus (10% extra pay).

SALARY: 240 PHP/hour, paid bi-weekly. 240 x 32 hours = 7680PHP bi-weekly

WORK SCHEDULE:
8 – 12 PM (4 paid hours)
every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
however, first 2 weeks WILL BE DIFFERENT due to the client’s travel:
2 – 6pm for the first two weeks ONLY
potential to become full time over multiple clients if that’s what they desire (eg: 4/5 hours in the afternoons for somebody else)
