General Virtual Assistant – Key Roles and Responsibilities:
– Support various business functions, including administrative tasks, data management, and customer service.
– Handle the organization’s communication via email and social media platforms.
– Maintain and update data tracking systems.
– Collaborate closely with different teams to facilitate operations and promote efficiency.
– Assist in lead generation operations and prospecting, utilizing various tools and strategies to identify potential leads and initiate first contact.
– Assist in administrative tasks of designated social media platforms.
– Aid in the coordination and execution of field activities and event management.
– Assist in the creation of comprehensive reports and conduct in-depth research.
Report Directly to: Project Manager
Daily Tasks:
1. Manage and organize data using various digital tools.
2. Provide daily / weekly report of activities made.
3. Collaborate with different teams across the organization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
– Effectiveness in managing, organizing, and updating data accurately.
– Punctuality and precision in delivering comprehensive reports.
– Extent of collaboration and coordination with different teams to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. at least highschool graduate
2. Has at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
3. Great at market research.
4. Excellent oral and written skills.
5. Has basic knowledge in design and copywriting.
6. Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite.
7. Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin).
8. Knowledgeable in Graphic Design is a plus.
