Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant who will run day-to-day office activities. You would work behind the scenes to help coordinate and execute on the various marketing and operation need to set up and scale the business. This includes…
• Answering phone calls/comfortable using the phone
• Email Management
• Calendar Management
• Attend meetings, and follow up on action
• Assist with day-to-day activities/ Proactive, fast responder/ Ability to work extremely well independently
• Coordinating Email Campaigns & Newsletters
• Social Media Post Coordination
o Photo Thumbnails
o Blog Art
o Video Editing
• Creating weekly Billing/Invoicing
• Data Entry/ Creating daily schedules
• Help with searching and identifying new Venders and Marketing tools to help grow the company.
• Multitask, and can work under Pressure

We’re looking for:
? 3-5+ years of experience as VA/office manager/social media
? Excellent skills in Excel, Microsoft word Office suite and Google Docs.
? Experience with managing social media
? Ability to work extremely well independently while still being a team player
? Strong ability to independently prioritize projects and tasks
? Previous experience in startups / high growth environments strongly preferred
? Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment
? Proactive, resourceful, detail oriented, and a quick learner with a “can-do” attitude
? Strong verbal and written communication
? Ability to deal with conflict as well as give and receive feedback diplomatically
? Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity
? Incredibly organized and resourceful; able to juggle and multi-task, prioritize, problem solve, and adapt to an ever-changing environment, with an acute attention to detail and follow through
? Passion for helping and serving others
? Ability to remain calm and poised under pressure
Important Notes:
? This is a full-time position
? In this role, you will be working from home and should be available from 8am-5pm PST
