The objective of this job:

– Master executive support, tackle diverse tasks, and proactively solve problems, exceeding expectations and keeping things running smoothly.
– Be the friendly voice and efficient problem-solver, resolving inquiries through multiple channels and leaving smiles in your wake.
– Anticipate needs, gather feedback, and identify potential issues, ensuring smooth sailing for our valued customers.
– Craft engaging content, manage social media, and analyze campaigns, amplifying our message and reaching new audiences.
– From research to execution, handle diverse tasks like competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking, driving impactful results.
Required skills and qualifications:
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
– Previous customer support experience
– Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.
– Excellent MS Office knowledge and other relevant tools.
– Familiarity with social media management
