SheCEO VA Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive General Virtual Assistant to support a Quality and Compliance Consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience in building systems and workflows, familiarity with CRMs and backend software for SMEs, and a background in content creation. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks, organizing client information, and supporting digital marketing efforts.

CLIENT INFORMATION:
Our client is a Quality and Compliance Consultant who assists small businesses in achieving and maintaining compliance. The consultant also works for Australian Medical Systems such as Aged Care and NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Set up and manage CRM workflows to ensure efficient client tracking and follow-ups.
– Develop and curate content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
– Manage and post content on various social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.
– Maintain an organized contact register, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
– Organize and manage emails, ensuring timely responses and proper email categorization.
– Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
– Assist with invoicing tasks; experience with Xero is a plus but not required.
– Utilize task management tools to track progress and ensure timely completion of projects.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
– Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
– Familiarity with CRMs, backend software for SMEs, and task management tools.
– Experience in digital marketing, including content creation and social media management.
– Strong skills in managing emails, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Experience in setting up and managing CRMs and workflow systems.
Background in content creation and digital marketing.
Proficiency with social media platforms and content management tools.
Familiarity with invoicing software, with Xero experience being a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Knowledge with the Australian medical system (in particular, aged care or NDIS) – not essential, but desirable
Knowledge with consultancy service area – not essential, but desirable

INCENTIVES:
