Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated General Virtual Assistant (GVA) to provide comprehensive administrative support, basic bookkeeping in Xero, and assist in marketing and social media tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and promoting our brand through various online platforms, particularly Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Tasks:
• Manage and organize email correspondence.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and support.
• Assist in document preparation and data entry.
2. Basic Bookkeeping in Xero:
• Input and manage financial transactions accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts.
• Generate basic financial reports as needed.
3. Marketing and Social Media:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas and initiatives.
4. Shopify Support:
• Manage product listings and updates on Shopify.
• Assist with order processing and fulfillment.
• Monitor and optimize the online store for a seamless customer experience.
• Provide customer support related to Shopify orders and inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles; experience using Xero is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing strategies.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
