ABOUT US
We are NOT an agency, in that we do NOT mark up your hourly rate 2x to 5x like other companies. We are a Client to VA matchmaker that provides benefits to both paying client and our Virtual Assistants, which by the way we refer to as VITAL Assistants, as we believe the work you do for our clients is vital.

I’ve been in the Vital Assistant / Outsourcing industry since 2009. I started with 3 VAs, and after a few weeks joined a VA call center, and helped grow this business from 100 to over 500 VAs. However, I came to learn that most VAs were being under paid, and clients were being charged 2x to 5x more than VA rate. I also found out that many VAs did not like working in call centers because of the travel and managers. Many home based VA also complained of challenging clients, clients not paying on time. Many clients complained of working with home based VAs.

Taking all this into account, in 2019 we created a VERY UNIQUE, TRANSPARENT, and FAIR business model. Clients pay an hourly rate set by the VAs, the VAs get paid directly by our clients, and the hiring client pays a nominal support fee. It’s truly a win-win-win model, learn more

PAYMENT
We encourage the VAs who work with us to set their OWN hourly rate. There is no sick pay, holiday pay or 13th month. We work with entrepreneurs, and thus we encourage our VAs to also think like entrepreneurs.

Most of our VAs invoice their clients mid month and end of month based on the hours worked.

LOGISTICS:
