Position Overview:
Are you a highly organized, self-motivated individual with a knack for lead generation, phone support, sales/lead nurturing, and appointment setting? Are you a master at managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and possess a proven track record in sales? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking a dynamic and efficient General Virtual Assistant with sales experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the success of our company by providing support in lead generation, lead qualification, appointment setting, CRM management, lead follow-up, and sales efforts. As our General Virtual Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us connect with potential clients, nurture leads, and close sales.
Job Title: General Virtual Assistant (Lead Gen and Sales Support)
Between 30 and 40 Hours/Week
Salary: $5/Hour
Availability to work during EST business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and source potential leads for our company from advertising and social media platforms.
– Lead Qualification: Reach out to leads to assess their needs, potential interest in our services, and sales potential.
– Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our clinic to provide further information and close sales.
– CRM Management: Enter lead information, sales data, and activity information into our CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
– Follow-up: Continue building relationships with leads, answer their questions, and address concerns to keep them engaged and facilitate the sales process.
– Sales: Apply your sales expertise to guide leads through the sales process and close deals.
Requirements
– Proven experience in lead generation, phone support, sales/lead nurturing, and appointment setting.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing data.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to work independently and remotely.
– Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online tools and software.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
