General Virtual Assistant (PART-TIME)

This is a remote position.

My Virtual Mate is a registered Australian company that helps businesses with business process outsourcing. Our mission is to make a positive change in our partners’ business, which ultimately helps them gain more profits, and grow their business with truly talented staff.

Our client is an Australian business in the Women’s Fashion Industry.

Responsibilities

Data Entry using Xero platform

Insert all information in correct dates and costs from a file of receipts

Developing online presence and identity

Create brand templates on Canva

Conceptualize and produce digital engaging content across a variety of channels including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

Engage on social media platforms with customers and friends

Keep up to date with the latest trends and strategies for social media content creation

Creating and executing social media strategy and content calendar

Work with general administrative tasks and email marketing

Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation for a brand

Solid experience in data entry using Xero platform

Good eye for design and presentation with graphic design experience using Canva

Experience in managing a range of social media platforms with a proven record of producing engaging content

Highly creative and enjoys exploring new ideas

Strong interpersonal skills

Has a positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team and also independent

Excellent communication, both written and verbal
