Position: General Virtual Assistant / Sales Representative

We are a diverse business group managing various ventures, including Airbnb short-term rental management, sales, and affiliate marketing. We seek a versatile and dedicated General Virtual Assistant to support different aspects of our operations, from sales to copywriting and personal organization.
*Job Overview:
This is not just a regular job post for a virtual assistant. We are looking for a dedicated right-hand person to help with various companies, ranging from Airbnb management to affiliate marketing. This role is perfect for someone with a strong personality, ambitious, independent, and proactive, who is looking for long-term career growth and has the potential to grow alongside me and help train others. Key responsibilities include lead generation, managing communications, creating sales scripts, and providing general administrative support.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and build a database of potential properties for Airbnb management.
-Communication Management: Draft, send, and monitor emails; ensure timely follow-ups and make sales pitches over the phone.
-Data Management: Record, analyze, and report relevant data to assist in strategic decision-making.
-Administrative Tasks: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and assist with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
-Sales Copywriting: Create compelling sales scripts for affiliate marketing campaigns in various niches and using AI to create automated video ads.

*Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in utilizing online tools and software (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Slack etc.)
– Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative
– Experience or willingness to learn
– Flexible availability to manage tasks and respond to issues as they arise.
