I am seeking a dedicated, motivated, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join my team. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks and supporting our content creation and personal branding efforts. The primary responsibilities include extremely basic video editing (no experience required), and note taking/summarizing various course and video materials into written format on Notion. This position offers the potential for increased pay based on performance and opportunities for full-time employment.
I am the Founder of multiple online businesses, now transitioning full-time into monetizing my personal brand via a paid community. I’ve already started building my brand and am looking for someone to assist in scaling this and helping launch the paid community. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with an experienced entrepreneur and learn a ton of new skills and expertise.
Main Responsibilities:
– Edit short-form video content by cutting out fluff, adding captions, and incorporating the same sound on each video using CapCut. Training and software will be provided.
– Summarize paid courses, long-form content, and eBooks into summarized written format on Notion for repurposing.
– Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

– STARTING PAY: $2 per hour, with a performance review after 2 months to get a raise to $2.50-$3 per hour depending on whether or not you perform well
