General Virtual Assistant with Admin Experience

We are looking to recruit someone with experience in admin tasks. Accurate good quality work is key.

VA Work:
– Copying and pasting data from one system to another
– Researching finding companies on our internal systems, Google, Linkedin & Facebook (to name a few), copying and pasting data into a google doc
– Amending emails and sending them out daily
– Finding companies on Facebook and sending them direct messages (messages will already be originated)
– Small other adhoc admin duties
– Attention to detail and accuracy is extremely important, so please only apply if you possess these skills to a high calibre
– Our product range is – card machines, restaurant booking software, business funding, ecom gateways & Pay by Link solutions.

Content / Graphic Design:
*This is NOT a firm requirement as I could place this work to another member of the team, just curious to know if it also matched what you offer*
I am also looking for someone to create great looking content / graphics.
I would always provide the text for everything – so I am not after necessarily after a copy writer – I am after you to place them in some form of design to bring them to life
Graphics – would be creating images for our social posts, so text on a designed background/infographics, and creating icons or banners
Content – would be creating content such as checklists, e-books, product booklets from copy provided by me.

We are also recruiting for 2 other positions – a Video Editor – a LinkedIn & Lead Generator – see my other job adverts for these positions – if interested / recommend anyone.

Please note: I am happy to consider full time or part time people and can be 100% flexible on working hours.
75% of the work, you can work any hours that suit you. As long as you do your hours, you can do them on any day, and any time. 25% of the work would need to be done within UK time bracket of 7am – 5pm Mon-Fri due to needing assistance from me.
