Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and versatile General Virtual Assistant with a strong background in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, and sales strategy, specifically within the e-commerce sector. This role requires a highly organized individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to boost online sales and increase brand visibility.
-Manage lead generation processes, including researching potential clients, reaching out via email or social media, and tracking lead status.
-Schedule and coordinate appointments with prospective clients, ensuring effective follow-up.
-Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information to enhance customer service and support sales conversions.
-Assist in managing e-commerce platforms, including product listings, content updates, and promotional activities.
-Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and calendar scheduling to support daily operations.
-Analyze sales data and generate reports to help refine sales tactics and marketing strategies.
-Collaborate with other team members to optimize marketing efforts and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
-Strong background in e-commerce, including familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
-Proficient in CRM software and MS Office or Google Suite.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage time.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies.
-Understanding of SEO and online marketing techniques.
-Experience in creating sales presentations and product demos.
