We’re seeking an adept Senior Cold Caller to augment our dynamic team at GIGNEXUS, a pioneering virtual assistant agency serving a diverse client portfolio with precision and expertise. We are navigating through the multifaceted business process of the freelancing industry, and your role will be pivotal in amplifying our service expansion and client reach through compelling communication and structured cold-calling approaches.
Daily Responsibilities:
Executing a specified number of cold calls to prospective clients daily
Creating and utilizing scripts to convey our services and advantages to prospective clients proficiently.
Recording details of each call adhering to our procedural guidelines
Submitting daily and weekly reports via email, summarizing completed and ongoing tasks, including call metrics and results.
Coordinating with our marketing and sales departments to refine client outreach endeavors.
Leveraging CRM software for organized and effective lead management
Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in cold calling or a similar field
Background in cold calling for a virtual assistant agency is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills and rapid rapport-building ability over the phone
A history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas, preferably via phone
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for managing leads

Seize the opportunity for growth and potentially lead your team as we expand.
Engage in part-time work, Monday to Friday (flexible working hours, ensuring targets are perpetually met) with the ability to become full-time within a couple of weeks/months, depending on performance.
Entitled to 15 days of leave per year, subject to approval, with the only paid leaves being the Christmas Holiday and your Birthday.
Attractive compensation: USD $400 per month for part-time work (20 hours per week) with the ability to become full-time. Commissions on converted appointments as well.
