Generalist Virtual Assistant / Data Analyst / Growth Assistant Needed

We seek a skilled Generalist & Data Analyst/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mind, focusing on data interpretation and identifying areas of opportunity. You’ll be aiding Bryndon in executing tasks and will be instrumental in helping his team make data-driven decisions. Expertise in Google Suite and Salesforce is highly desired. Responsibilities:

Analyzing data to identify areas for opportunity and improvement
Assisting Bryndon with task execution in the background
Google Sheets/Google Suite management
Salesforce data entry and analysis
Providing support with HIPAA-compliant data handling (if applicable)
Evaluating conversion rates and making tactical recommendations based on data
Writing up email summaries of findings and participating in calls to discuss them
Creating graphs, pivot tables, and other data visualizations
Analyzing rates of closures by percentage for decision-making support
General administrative support, such as time tracking and invoicing

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role involving data management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management and ability to work in Philippine and EST/CST time zones
High proficiency in Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets)
Experience with Salesforce
Strong English writing and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Flexibility to work freelance hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in CST/EST time zones
Bonus: Experience with Canopy, Greenway, and/or HIPAA compliance
