We are looking for a skilled Freelance Shopify Website Assistant to provide support to our client with their website management and updates. If you have the necessary expertise and experience to help Lisa’s team in optimizing their Shopify store, we would like to invite you to apply.

Collaborating with Lisa to execute website updates and enhancements
Managing Shopify product listings, collections, and inventory
Optimizing product images and descriptions for an improved shopping experience
Assisting in the creation and scheduling of promotional campaigns and discounts
Handling customer inquiries and providing support through the Shopify platform
Conducting regular website audits to ensure functionality and user-friendliness
Keeping track of website analytics and providing insights for improvement
Researching and implementing best practices for Shopify website optimization
Troubleshooting and resolving website-related issues promptly
Providing general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Shopify Website Assistant or a similar role involving Shopify store management
Proficiency in Shopify’s admin interface and its various features
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized product catalog
Effective time management skills and adaptability to various tasks
Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and website optimization techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve the website’s performance
Flexibility to work freelance hours, accommodating the client’s needs
Bonus: Experience with additional e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce or BigCommerce
