We are looking for a TikTok Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing, posting TikTok videos, and interacting with commenters. The candidate should be well-versed in TikTok analytics, trends, and growth strategies. Additionally, they should possess strong writing skills for creating engaging captions and excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.

Responsibilities:

-Daily management of our TikTok account, including posting and engagement
-Video editing using relevant software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
-Keeping track of TikTok analytics to measure the performance of our posts and strategies
-Daily communication with me to outline the day & keep on track
-Creating and maintaining a Google Drive folder to organize video assets and data
-Keeping track of content calendar deadlines
-Collaborating closely with other departments like Marketing, Sales, and Product Development
-Responding to and engaging with the TikTok community, including answering comments and DMs
-Providing general administrative support as needed, such as organizing digital files and managing schedules

Requirements:

-Prior experience as a TikTok Account Manager or similar social media role
-Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
-Good understanding of TikTok analytics and growth strategies
