We are looking for a Generalist Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating flyers and presentations, social media advertising on platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google, as well as sending out meeting reminders, tracking webinar attendance, weekly check-ins with members, etc. Additionally, they should possess strong writing skills to create articles, communicate with customers and team members and write information for training classes. Website development experience is also required, as they will be responsible for developing a website on Shopify, updating and also implementing SEO strategies.
Responsibilities:
-Creating flyers and presentations (Canva experience appreciated)
-Experience with Adobe products (Illustrator, Acrobat, etc)
-Manage social media advertising on, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
-Sending out meeting reminders
-Tracking webinar attendance
-Putting together and maintaining a google drive folder
-Monitor team group chat, and extracting important dates and information
-Keeping track of renewal deadlines
-Helping keep me on track with my daily schedule
-Weekly check-ins with members
-Create and send email marketing campaigns.
-Write articles on various topics.
-Update website content and design, including implementing SEO strategies.
-Write up information on classes and present it in an attractive format.
-Copywriting and editing for various materials.
-Assist with advertising initiatives.
-Editing videos for online classes.
-Finding lead information to assist in growth.
Requirements:
-Experience in social media advertising and email marketing
-Experience with Adobe products (Illustrator, Acrobat, etc)
-Strong writing skills for articles and class information
-Website development experience
-Knowledge of SEO strategies
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
