We are looking for a Generalist Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in helping ensure daily priorities are met (& if not, that they’re met as promptly as possible), scheduling general appointments, sending personalized reminders, tracking webinar attendance, etc. Additionally, they should be very flexible and possess strong writing skills for research and development, communication skills to converse with customers and team members, and must have phenomenal organization skills.
Responsibilities:
-Balancing schedule according to pre-discussed categories that optimize both company and personal growth
-Experience with Adobe products (Illustrator, Acrobat, etc)
-Daily communication with me to outline the day & keep on track
-Putting together and maintaining a google drive folder
-Keeping track of renewal deadlines
-Helping keep me on track with my daily schedule
-Write up research and present it in an attractive format.
-Creating appointments and reservations
-Helping with light-bookkeeping
-Responding to personal emails
-Handling appointments when clients/team members book an appointment with me
-Providing general administrative support as needed, such as filing, scanning, printing, and faxing documents.
Requirements:
-Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
-Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-Ability to learn new skills and tasks efficiently and effectively
-Experience with Adobe products (Illustrator, Acrobat, etc)
-Strong writing skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
