Job Description

We are seeking a reliable general virtual assistant with experience bookkeeping to manage our financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online, as well as other accounting software.

Responsibilities:
-Record daily financial transactions and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date
-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Be able to prepare Profit and Loss Statement
-Preparing charts on expenditure both personal and professional utilizing QuickBooks tools
-Prepare and maintain financial reports and budgets for a Schedule C, sole proprietor
-Process payroll and manage employee benefits
-Prepare quarterly tax filing / returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
-Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial transactions
-Manage banking and financial accounts

Requirements:
-1-3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
