We are seeking a Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant to join our team, someone who is ready to hustle and grind alongside our team of winners. As our Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll work closely with our director to create engaging content that drives traffic to our landing page and engage with our followers to build relationships that drive conversions.
Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts,
Develop social media strategies that increase engagement and grow our following.
Create and curate content for social media platforms
Schedule and post content on social media platforms, while ensuring that all content is on-brand
Monitor social media accounts and respond to messages and comments.
Engage with followers in direct messages to increase engagement and build relationships.
Track and analyze social media metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with our director to develop new content ideas and campaigns.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter & Reddit
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience and required training, with a commission structure available to increase earnings.
