As a back-end developer, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our existing developer and project manager. They will guide you through our guidelines and build specifications, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your primary focus will be on back-end tasks, helping us establish a consistent global style for our site.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficient in PHP/Laravel
• Knowledgeable in HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Familiar with Javascript frameworks such as VueJS
• Experience with backend APIs (development, maintenance, implementation)
• Relational database implementation and maintenance
• Git version control savvy
• Strong communication skills, with experience using Asana and Jira
• Open to asking questions and seeking clarification
• Home office setup, including a reliable internet connection and webcam for video conferences
• Application documentation and update development
• Experience working in an Agile team environment with Scrum practices
• Shopify experience is a plus
