Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably within the e-commerce sector, and must have extensive experience with Shopify. The candidate should be adept at handling customer inquiries and issues through email, leveraging tools like ChatGPT and DeepL to ensure accurate and effective communication in multiple languages (German, Swedish, Dutch). Although fluency in German is not required, the ability to efficiently use translation tools is essential.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email using Google Workspace.
Utilize ChatGPT and DeepL to ensure accurate and effective communication in multiple languages.
Manage and process refunds, returns, and exchanges through Shopify.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and practices.
Work 1-2 hours per day initially, with the potential for increased hours as the business grows.
Must-Have Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Shopify, including handling refunds and returns.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Strong skills in using ChatGPT and DeepL for multilingual communication.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
