German speaking Employee for administrative tasks

Dear reader I wish you a good day.
My name is Jan and I am 43 years old living in Europe Germany.
I am looking for a german speaking VA because the work involves speaking to clients. You do not need to speak to customers all of the time but so long as the customers know what they need to do.
You do need a short training which will not take too long. I pay 7$ per hour. If that is good or not I have no idea because it is my first time hiring someone with a specific skill such as speaking german. If the hourly rate is too low, we can talk about it.
Of course you need a stable and fast internet connection. It would also be helpful if you can connect to people.
The business I am in is the betting business here in Europe. You do not need to know anything about it because you are not directly involve in the betting process. That task is given to another VA from the Philippines.
We start with an hourly based job. How much work it is, I can not say because I have to see how big the demand is as we go along.
It is also a possibility that I show you the robes of the betting business and then you can work more hours. My current VA work between 160 and 180 hours. We settled for 160 hours a month and if he wants to do, more it is his decision.
What I basically look for is a fellow human being I can trust and get along well. I would like you to understand that I do not look for someone who jumps around when I call. If you have issues or if there are problems or anything else you can come to me and we talk about it in a civilized manner. You do not need to be afraid because my wife and I are looking for equals when we choose someone we can work with. We do not seek someone we can look down to.
In addition to that since I have one VA myself from the Phillipines and conveyed two more to business partners I have a rough idea in what situation you are and it pains me to say that, there are some very sad situations out there where people are in.
My wife is also involved in the business but not that much, because she needs to look after our son, who is currently 2 years old.
For myself I work full time and have a very tight schedule and that is the reason why I look for someone.
The work itself is that you and the client meet online and that you lead the client through the process I will show you. If the client get´s the hang of it, your work is almost done.
If the client knows what to do it is merely the same is to be done on another point and thats it.
I know the description of the work is not too specific here and the reason is that I work in niche and no one I have ever talked to had an understanding of what I am doing. Neither here in Germany nor in the Philippines. You do not need to worry I will show you how it is done.
I have no idea if someone replies to that job description so we will see.
