Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in cold calling, have a proven track record in sales, and possess strong communication skills. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish rapport.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospective customers.
• Navigate through objections and negotiate pricing to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software (Teams).
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and prospects via phone and email to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a cold calling environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for generating quotes and managing sales data.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Microsoft Teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the stationery or school supply industry.
• Knowledge of nonprofit organizations and their procurement processes.
• Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours may be required based on business needs).
