GHL – Automation + Funnel Builder Expert

Butterfly Media is a Digital Marketing and Advertising company helping professional coaches scale out of the trenches and into a life of impact. We are growing quickly and looking to bring on a highly valued team member to help us build out our GHL systems for our own business and for our clients.

We are working on completing our own project quite quickly to then build snapshots for clients.

The key areas of GHL we are using are:

Pipelines for 6 products
EDM for each and general EDM (looking for management here)
Membership – we sell online courses
Funnel Builds
Twilio SMS
Lead Connector – Prospecting
Workflows – bookings / calendars
Landing Pages & Payment pages

Position Summary:

As a GHL Tech Builder & Support, your primary responsibility is to build and support GHL’s technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing workflow, EDM, and membership set up, and providing technical support to clients. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that the technical infrastructure of GHL is functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage GHL’s prospecting system, including funnel set-ups and workflow management
Set up and manage GHL’s EDM system
Set up and manage GHL’s membership system and create snapshots
Work on weekly GHL project-based assignments
Recreate snapshots for new clients

Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth functioning of GHL’s technical infrastructure
Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends

Reporting Relationships:

You will report to the The Business Owner – Katrina, and work with our Marketing, advertising and Sales team

Working Conditions:

You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires you to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities. You will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines.

It is critical you have attention to detail and can work unsupervised to complete projects.
