Role Overview:
Pioneer Commercial Cleaning is seeking a highly skilled GHL (GoHighLevel) Expert to join our team. This role is pivotal in building, modifying, and maintaining our CRM and automation systems to support our sales efforts and streamline operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with deep expertise in GoHighLevel and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Management: Set up, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel CRM systems to meet evolving business requirements.
• Automation Development: Design and implement automation workflows, including data scrapers and marketing tools, to improve operational efficiency.
• System Integration: Integrate various software tools and systems to ensure seamless operation and data flow across the company.
• Technical Maintenance: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and updates to keep all automation and integration systems running smoothly.
• Project Oversight: Lead and manage projects related to CRM and automation, ensuring timely and successful completion in alignment with strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• GoHighLevel Proficiency: Extensive experience with GoHighLevel CRM, including advanced customization and automation.
• Automation Expertise: Proven ability to create and manage complex automation workflows and data scrapers.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Project Management: Experience managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
